Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ease Send apps, protocol, and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Ease Send. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What Ease Send is — and isn't

Ease Send is non-custodial infrastructure: the blockchain, smart contracts, key-signing architecture, and applications that allow stablecoins to be issued, sent, received, and messaged about. Ease Send is not a bank, is not a money transmitter, and does not itself issue stablecoins.

Stablecoins available through the Service are issued by separately licensed financial institutions ("Issuers"). Each Issuer is solely responsible for its own regulatory license, its reserve, and its redemption obligations to holders of its stablecoin. Ease Send does not hold, custody, or have access to your funds or your private keys at any time.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you must comply with all laws applicable to you, including the laws of the jurisdiction in which you access the Service and any KYC/AML requirements imposed by an Issuer.

Your account and keys

When you create an account, a signing key is generated on your device and sealed using a secure enclave. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for safeguarding any recovery seed phrase generated at setup. Because Ease Send does not hold your keys, we cannot recover your account, reverse a transaction, or restore access if you lose both your device and your recovery seed phrase.

Fees

Ease Send charges a network fee of 0.5% of the value of each transaction, paid in the same stablecoin being sent, with no minimum or maximum. A separate processor fee, typically 1–2%, may apply where a payment processor or switch is involved in a transaction; no processor fee applies when redeeming directly from an Issuer. Issuers and payment processors may charge their own fees under their own terms.

Messaging

Ease Send's built-in messaging is provided for communicating about payments, payment requests, and related purposes. Messages are end-to-end encrypted; we cannot access their content and are not able to moderate it. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Intellectual property

Ease Send and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, protocol, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Ease Send's intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT A STABLECOIN ISSUER WILL MEET ITS REDEMPTION OBLIGATIONS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASE SEND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS RESULTING FROM YOUR LOSS OF YOUR DEVICE OR RECOVERY SEED PHRASE, AN ISSUER'S FAILURE TO MEET ITS REDEMPTION OBLIGATIONS, OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ease Send harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required by an Issuer's compliance obligations or applicable law. Because Ease Send is non-custodial, termination of your access to the Service does not affect your ability to access funds directly through your Issuer using your own keys.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or local law that applies to you.
